i dont think streamyx will throttle megaupload speed. if they really want to throttle http dowload , they probably will throttle rapidshare first since rapidshare is number one file sharing hoster .


i am using maxis wired broadband no problem at all full speed.

i hope they will fix it by end of the may becuase i am going to my home(streamyx)

i dont think streamyx will throttle megaupload speed. if they really want to throttle http dowload , they probably will throttle rapidshare first since rapidshare is number one file sharing hoster .tongue.gif

i am happy to hear this. maybe streamyx just do maintaince.

Lets say there is a file split to 6 parts and upload to megaupload and rapidshare.

but there is one dead link in megaupload, 5 parts out of 6 parts. u can download the remains one part from rapidshare.

i am still full speed with maxis wired broadband . i never face slow down speed from megaupload using maxis . It is very reliable compare to streamyx. international links fast unlike streamyx .

wired broadband no cap , cap only for wireless

Megaupload speed report : Internet Download Manager, 4 parallel downloads , connections=16, platinum user ,full speed(170KB/s).

Although streamyx still suck compare to maxis (1 parallel , connections=4, full speed), but better then nothing ， coz normally uploader split the files into many parts at the end the download time required still the same with maxis

u got use internet download manager ? open connections=16 , if u are premium user

i can get full speed with 3 files parallel downloads, and connections=16 , although streamyx international links suck (especially US,megaupload in US)


before that i just use mega manager can get full speed with 1 parrallel download, connections=4 when streamyx international good (especially US, megaupload in US)

Wired maxis are very good compare to streamyx , i never have slow speed from megaupload unlike streamyx

i got full speed streamyx 1 mb user , megaupload lifetime platinum user since 2007
