Find the details of previous transactions

I'm looking at buying a unit in a condo. I'm trying to figure out the market price so that I don't pay too much. Iproperty has a very basic list of the previous transactions but there is a big discrepancy between the transacted prices.
Where can I find the details of the transactions so that I can see what is causing the discrepancy in prices? |

Perhaps you can try out Brickz report, they might have a trial version and you may check it out, but to access the complete copy they do charge a certain fee stuckincarbonite liked this post
