In my industry, we prefer UK grads vs local grads. For local grads, we usually take type C from UM/UKM as only top notch type C can gain entry into UM/UKM for the course.

UM, USM, UTM. UPM, UKM and UTAR to some extent. The rest, is like finding a needle in a haystack, a waste of time. Foreign uni, only top tier UK uni boleh pakai, the rest only can speak with an accent but never learned anything useful at uni (looking at OZ unis especially and low tier UK unis).
