if you are lucky, they will settle with you outside the court after they see LOD

Nothing to settle with us actually, i think they have no money as their suppliers come to us ask for payment.

Home owner will 100% say this, dealing with renovation stuff is a major nightmare. Took me a lot of trial and error to finally find someone good that i can trust. I engage him for everything and gladly pay whatever he ask for.
