One good advice, dont buy any hybrid continentals, unless you got a lot of money & time to burn. (2x the issues due to both EV & ICE problems combine)
Continental for now either go fur pure 100% EV or ICE models. The only hybrid with less issue in market is Toyota/Lexus, as they already into 4th or 5th hybrid generation and very stable. This post has been edited by littlefire: Feb 18 2025, 06:38 PM |

Since want to play fire, so to know how fire/burn feel one thing I cant accept is the BMW hybrid battery warranty term. Even it is degraded, u cant claim it under warranty unless the battery are degraded to the phase it make the car malfunction, then only can claim the battery under warranty |

Sold my 2020 GLC Sport 300e after 4.5 years, batteries need to be charged every night, car need to be started everyday to prevent any problems. Initially thought with extra batteries, the car will have better fuel economy and speed bursts but not so, still preferred my previous 2016 GLC43. Now waiting for economy to improve as eyeing the new GLC 43 sports coupe but engine is 2.0 not 3.0 so may miss the power. Hands itchy and to make matters worse, neighbor also bought 1 liao. Probably will get it before end of year and update here. If not, a Used Chayenne looks attractive.

QUOTE(pgsiemkia @ Apr 20 2025, 01:01 PM) Not nice to drive, bad cornering and steering feel. Suspension bumpy, feel too soft or hard at wrong time. May not feel it if you upgrade from jepunis, plotong, p2 car. Agree, majority of Chinese car manufacturer still lack in term of refinement. I believe they might catch up later in 5~10 years time if they keep on getting those European expert coming in to help tune their rides. Thus why you can see a lot of car expert, bloggers, tiktokers only promote (due to paid advert/reivew) but in reality the percentage of owning it very low coz they test drove a lot of different rides and they knew the pro & con of each.
