Yes..i know how their roasted. But if calculate the Carbohydrates and sugar contain of 1 sachets..
I personally think still fine provided 1 day sachets without additional sugar added.

Yeah one cup should fine for most ppl.

But those on strict diet or diabetics need to be mindful of their sugar/carbs daily intake. Dont think kopi-o kosong is really really kosong. Then plus lunch and dinner carbs then will exceed daily intake.

Actually if you eat 2 meal a day with moderate..
I found hardly went off with Carbs...imagine each meal around 100g carbs without any sort of snacks. Maximum a day 250g carbs while daily suggest around 330g carbs.

Kopi o kosong is good option compare others.
But if you want getting more healthier and your wallet can afford, can go for better coffee.. That's all.
Any how, drink and eat moderate will good enough. Cheat meal once every bi-weekly i think still good.

Why minum sugary drink?

Can take a pinch of sea salt / Himalaya salt and put it in a warm water and minum.

I cheat meal every Saturday night. Horlicks + coffee + 1tsp of sugar. Simple life pleasures.

Other days by default kopi o kosong.

Cheat meal is ok. The main purpose is able to maintain the daily consumption. I saw some very extreme case however it could not last.
I already roughly 6 year enter less sugar till no sugar routine. Now cant really drink sweet coffee...I rather throw it away..
