If not yet transfer ownership, cannot renew online as your IC and plate no not the same in the system. You need to use the owner ic and plate no to renew but if you do tis when transfer ownership the insurance will become invalid as not in your name. Too much hassle so transfer ownership first. skypeace liked this post
