Looking to get an electronic kit for my condo. I know that the kick drum usually transmits the loudest sound to the unit below. I'm more worried about that as the budget of drums im looking at have mesh pads already.

Anyone here have experience using electronic drums in condo? I've seen quiet kick pedals like the KT-9/KT-10 as well, but it still makes audible noise.

the ENTIRE drum is noisy...not only kick drum. Pity your neighbours. Yes you will be hated by them soon. Electric Drum is lame.

What's the cheapest way to DIY a "hush box" to contain the sound?
