Pantech Global Berhad is primarily engaged in investment holding. Through its subsidiaries, the company manufactures butt weld pipe fittings and welded pipes. Its butt weld pipe fittings, made of carbon and stainless steel, include elbows, tees, reducers, stub ends (stainless steel only), and end caps for pressure piping applications. The welded pipes, made of stainless steel, are designed for high-temperature resistance and corrosion protection. Other business activities include HFI long bend services, and the sale of by-products, scrap, and other related products.

Pantech set for growth on global oil and gas spending

PETALING JAYA: Pantech Group Holdings Bhd’s prospects are expected to be supported by the anticipated resilience in global capital expenditure (capex) within the oil and gas sector.

According to TA Research, Pantech’s core net profit for the nine-month period of financial year 2025 (9M25) stood at RM91.3mil, reflecting a 30.8% year-on-year (y-o-y) increase.

PANTECH GLOBAL BHD is the current IPO candidate and it is made up of 2 companies recently acquired from PANTECH GROUP HOLDINGS BHD.

Post-IPO, Pantech Group will own 69.15% in Pantech Global.

Meaning MOM Pantech Group will own 70 % ( to be exact 69.15 % ) of this PANTECH GLOBAL ( now on IPO )...

so there is a very strong bond ( 70 % ) between MOM PANTECGH GROUP and son Pantech Global

Mplus also has issued their FV (MYR0.92). But based on past records their FV seems not really reliable in the case of 1st day listing price. Apex more on the conservative side anyway. Looking forward for more FV by respective IB (RHB, TA etc.)

Based on past records, m+ is not really reliable if we talk about 1st day listing price. Apex is typically more conservative. I guess we can expect around 10-15% upside on this one

Now foreign fund already take out fund from bursa rm 18 billion.Even now good new tech ipo Richtech & Techstore had bungkus wirh IPO price 25&20 cent, this ipo with price 68 cent..all the FV by brokerage is applicable when the market is good.

Hopefully this pantech fly, good luck those dapat, i will skip.
