I have issues with deco x50 router, before this never use sim router now after buying this, unable to connect to internet, said wrong apn, but no APN setting on 4/5G mode.

Extra info. Used on celcom too, works well. On maxis, cant connect for some reason, if use on phone no problem even with hotspotm

what SIM & what plan ?

Maxis, normal data plan, the rm48 a month.

FYI, not every SIM can be used on modem, maybe check with Maxis on this

My normal Maxis 5G SIM is working well plug and play on Deco X50-5G

Able to access the apn setting on the deco?

I search online only mention EE setting for EE sim. No apn setting on celcom too

supplementary plan i dont think can use in modem anymore after they changed everyone to unlimited.

before can, unlimited also. now not sure.


all network got their own apn setting. not based on router.

just google for their own apn.

can google default one too

ee only applicable to the uk

Yes, but cant check or see the apn on the router. The advanced network setting doesnt show apn
