i bought the iphone 13 (non pro) for my dad 3 years ago, around the 10th or 11th month, the phone developed the green line / rainbow screen problem. Sent it back to machines for warranty and the phone came back after a week with a new screen... used it for another year and the same problem came back... had to trade in to compasia for rm300 only and bought the iphone 14 instead...

I'd go for iphone SE and avoid the 13
