Disclaimer : I have no experience with either one of these companies just pointing out some alternatives for you to investigate. Lots of them around. Also on Mudah and Carousell listed under "container house" or "container cabin"

Alternately, buy used containers and build your own. BUT I have made a cost analysis before of buying a 20' container, and then making it livable, and the price is more expensive than making a custom fabricated welded steel structure (also up to the equal livable condition as the container) if I do the fabrication myself.

Did you mean that you bought a used container and you customized yourself to be liveable and the cost is more expensive than buying it directly from the maker?

ya, but under hot son with aircond, the aircond must be very heavy duty enough because the compressor must be always running.

Get shipping quote first . Don't shock Pikachu if the shopping rate is 2-3time higher then the product .

Second part.... not buy ready made from manufacturer. I make myself (I am fully able to do everything in construction like welding, brick laying, wiring, painting, etc by myself) by buying all the raw materials and making a livable unit.

This comparison is because if you buy an empty container, then you must install all the insides yourself. So, making a metal frame with covering using insulated metal deck entirely from raw materials, is going to be cheaper then either the empty container or buying finished unit from a manufacturer. Of course you must consider that your time cost is free when you build yourself.

Do you have construction time? If you do, then just build a shed style free standing roof, and then underneath build a room using partition drywall is the cheapest, and most builders in M'sia can do.

The advantage of the ready made units is that you put down and it is ready. Also can move in the future with minimum fuss.

My time is flexible but i wan to have a comfortable room for the worker so he can sleep well and got energy to work in the next morning

Do you have sample pic so I can show to the builder? I also dunno where to find builder
