Ssm need min 2 year with positive cash flow + volume . I saw some really high iq ppl keep withdraw and deposit the same 5k and claim they have 300-400k monthly transaction lol

Don’t think so if u can get loan just with 6 months Ssm, last heard was 2 years

6 month SSM is not enough. At least a year. U can check Maybank website for their Eligibility. Clearly stated there one year minimum. Most bank nowadays will not accept walk in for loan application, u have to apply through their website.

While we are at it, I don't think its wise for u to loan money to start business, let alone F&B business. F&B business is very hard to maintain. Just my 2cents. I used to owned 2 Bubble tea shop, one at SS15 and another one at Kuchai back in 2019-2020. I was lucky because I tap in early during bubble tea craze, and leave the business when the trend about to die. Since then, I never open any F&B.

GG, i burned 160k on F&B.

probably the worst business sector to start a business.

In all serious note, banks really hate loaning to F&B business, as the risk is super high. But all the best!
