Hi guys,
I would like to get some advice if any of you experienced similar issue with your car before and got the problem fixed.
I recently experienced aircond cut off after ~20 mins drive and engine overheated after ~45mins drive with my Year 2018 1.3 Bezza.
I have got the thermostat, water pump, coolant, and ATF replaced at 3rd party workshop, but the problem persist. After sending the car back to Perodua for inspection, they also got no confident to get the problem fixed and suggested to just try by replacing the Oil Cooler, Radiator.
Thanks.

Clogged radiator?
Clogged hoses?
Check those first.
On my Naza Ria, there 10 small hoses. Those were clogged too. I replaced all including the radiator and 2 big hoses. Now stable.
Once done, the engine still overheats but after changing the thermostat, all is good now.

It might be radiator fan motor not working, try to turn on the aircond and see if the fan working or not
Or the solution might be change the radiator and also the hoses

Sound like more the engine overheat first, then your aircond becomes not cold. A/C running or not does not cause the overheat on the engine.
But an overheat engine will cuase your A/C not cold.
Check thermostat, radiator fan motor.
