Try sending exactly like this format

PortOut Yes 6012345678

the spacing, capitlization, etc, are important
a friend of mine got an SMS that told him to send "Port Out Yes" with a space, that doesn't work

YES's network coverage is worse than UM, you get what you pay.
Test a sim card first before u jump over.

Better stick to umobile

Yes, I'm with digi at the moment, both of my prepaid lines currently digi - main line and another one for emergency purpose

Satisfied with digi, when they combined with celcom makes it lot better

Don't worry, U mobile don't give response until they start processing your request. FYI, you still have to wait at least 9 hours pass cut-off time. Just wait. biggrin.gif

I think the reply you suggested is also not correct.

It should be:

PortOut YES 6012345678

Notice the alphabet E & S are in CAPITAL besides P and O

Even slight detail like that might prevent you from getting ported out.

When the port out SMS comes in, I would just highlight the entire line the copy & paste to be safe.

Not all telcos are as tedious as this.

If you're porting out from YES or Unifi Mobile, you only need to reply YES back to the telco.

TuneTalk is even simpler just reply Y

Safest is just copy EXACTLY to what they request in the first port out SMS that comes in.

btw cheapest prepaid is hotlink pantas.

reload rm10 get 30 days validity.

those rm10 credit can buy 5gb with 365 days validity.

then repeat again every 30 days.

cost per month only rm10.

if use less than 5gb data per month, the data is kinda carry forward until it depleted, its valid for 365 days anyway.

call/sms pay per use tho.

After I replied the SMS with that format you suggested, then I got SMS from mobile.

RM0 Your account number is : xxx and unbilled amount is : RM 40.28. Please view your bill at MyUMobile App.

Before that I got outstanding out RM0.02. Then I paid RM1 to make sure not no outstanding. After that, when I check my Umobile app, it shows total amount due is -RM0.98

Not sure successfully or not this round.

Just follow exactly what they request don't take my words. MATCH EXACTLY what is put out note the spacing, capital as shown. It differs by the telco you're currently porting out from. Some make it relatively easy some make it hard to discourage you by intentionally tricking you to miss out a single mistake of capitalization/spacing.
