This looks like a practical design to me. 2 things I don't like is the power socket that has not notch to catch the plastic clip from the power cable, and the fans can't be easily take out to be clean.
I like the slightly smaller size. The actual card is just half of the heatsink fan..

So that you can switch profile on the fly. Also, if you mess up the setting, you can switch to a different one to restore it.

The utility software is the same older version. The ARGB light cannot be changed with that software.

Its really scammy that everyone else is doing this for 50series GPU but considering your company is only an SI I can pass that.
