No wonder I get scolded upsidedown. ranting.gif Now telling me a company registration is needed for home use. bangwall.gif

I only needed the package for personal home use only.

So cannot change home unifi to unifi biz if no company registration and also cannot keep unifi phone number from home unifi to unifi biz?

Yes, you NEED a registered company to apply for Unifi Biz. The only difference is that it can be installed at your home or any preferred address as long as the fibre infra is ready in that area.

Home Unifi cannot change to Unifi Biz because totally different infrastructure and server. Also you are not able to use the same phone number in Home Unifi to port to Unifi Biz.

But you can apply for Unifi Biz first, after install complete then only terminate Home Unifi package. That way, your downtime will be minimal.

just cancelled my unifi then found this, I thought the cheapest plan is RM129 so I cancelled it and try to search for the ones under 100😣

I have been given a combo box AX3000, is that the standard router you mentioned? And don’t know what to do with the old white box + two RG WiFi6 AX3000

Yes, its standard they give a normal AX3000 router. The router is just simple for Home use.

For the old units, you can either sell it off or repurpose it as Wireless AP to enhance your home's wireless network coverage.
