today's fridge cannot last as long as zaman dulu fridge. My ELBA Frige is 28 years old. Rosak once only after 27 years last year. Costs Rm300 to repair. The technician came and saw my Elba fridge and said ' Boss... Fridge ni boleh tahan lagi 30 tahun'.

so if you want a longer lasting Fridge.... can buy ELBA

inverters are over rated. a non Inverter House fridge doesnt consume a lotta electric. It is those industrial huge fridges that makan a lotta electric so yes... inverters for those.

MIDEA is a pretty good brand. For the price, it is very good value. MIDEA knows they have to compete with many heavyweights so they made sure to give quality products. I didnt think much about MIDEA until 1 day I realised so many of my friends and relatives have midea products in their homes.... and none of them said anything bad about Midea.

HAIER is another brand that is competing directly with MIDEA. I dont know much about Haier cos I dont know anyone using Haier products. Anyone can comment?
