Made another EUR deposit into my NEXO account yesterday from my WISE MYR account.

recommend you manually convert, then send EUR. rather than send MYR->auto convert->EUR

can save RM2

I deposited RM3,000 from my bank account into my WISE MYR account first via online FPX. No WISE fees.

I then send the MYR in my WISE MYR account to my NEXO EUR account.

I can directly send to my NEXO EUR account via MYR online FPX but I want my money to arrive in my WISE account first before sending it out.

colmi let me try to explain it to you again
  1. you open Wise EUR balance, and then you convert from MYR to EUR and put into your EUR balance. you get charged fee of RM15.52.

when you send from Wise EUR to NEXO EUR, fee is FOC
  2. you do exactly what you did before, Wise charges you RM17.7x aka additional RM2 to auto convert for you
do u understand what is happening?

Yeah I know.

What is the issue here?

The fee keeps changing from day to day, hour to hour.

By the way, have you topped up your new NEXO account with minimum $5,000 yet?

I have the same problem when I first joined NEXO. Unable to verify phone number.

After contacting Customer Support, they manually verify my new account after one day.

I don't need to enter any verification code from a SMS sent to my phone.

Hope you can contact them and voice out your problem, so they can also manually verify you.

I think it is a problem with their software, cannot process Malaysian phone numbers.

Good luck!

Like I said earlier, I have no issues with WISE fees.

I just want to do the transfer my way.

Niamah, I just test out DuitNow transfer from my bank to my WISE MYR account with RM10 and the system ask me a few questions before they release the deposit. bruce.gif
