Wait till you go inside and be AMAZED at how wrong you are. Even i was the same as you, until I had to park there one day.... and when go GF..... I was like "WHATTTTTT?"

There are still functioning restaurants and even a music school in there. And the nearby FGA church rents some of the units there, as well as the basement parking lots....
