This guy has some very good and practical proposals. You’d hope that this is getting viewed in DBKL and other city admin in KV?
Mindsets need to change on taking public transport, future developments must be inline with the MRT and transit plan, not just where developers acquire landbanks.
Maybe also look at the whole procurement question as none of us want to pay more fees, it seems there is adequate budget but its seemingly being spent on poor quality or not fit for purpose repairs or installations - like why do some sections of road churn up every year in rainy season, pavements and street furniture fall into disrepair within months, pedestrian crossing lights buttons in key traffic areas falling apart soon after installation (not a great advertisement for Visit Malaysia 2026) , yet perhaps theres revenues going uncollected with inadequate parking enforcement (it should be relentless and 24/7, and no reduced fines for late payment).
