Anyone driving Honda City GN2 and has their car alignment not accurate? Can claim Honda SC regarding this?

After adjusted alignment at outside workshop, the data are perfect but car still swere to right side, mechanic told me that my steering rack starts to have issue because it has vibrations when turning at idle (they went under the car to test and inspect it by hand)

If it is still under warranty then yes you can. Do note that if you've made any mods to suspension systems you might want to revert to stock setup just to avoid the SC rejecting your claim.

Yeah still new car, 8000km mileage only, had a fender bender accident and went back to SC to do, Honda SC told me chassis is not affected.

Because before and after accident, its the same misaligned for the car.

If got accident you need to get a proper mechanic to check which part got risk of bend or not allign. A lot of times those bugger claim workshop did not really claim & fix all the parts and curi-curi resell outside.

Usually accident car, you need to check all related parts like lower arms, suspension related like absorbers, antiroll bar link, tie-rod end etc. even tho some area did not hit, but during car being tow or at the workshop sometimes accident happen and they will try to cover it. That why a lot of people did not understand and tot that once ok just sign and drive out. If without confirmation, do not sign the papers. Get a proper mechanic come drop by and reconfirm all the parts status and compare to the part list changes.

Have to update this post: Went to SC to re-do alignment, so far after 15K the alignment still great. My SC was quite new, so I assume their alignment machine was also accurate, since its a new SC, new alignment machine etc.

My mechanic told me that some outside tyre shop do wheel alignment not so accurate because of the machine is getting old and out of align..

BUT, if your tayarman is competent, he will die die align for you with his experience, even the machine is old.
