If your tenant is doing illegal stuff + landlord is aware that the tenant is using their premise for illegal stull, then the landlord will be liable. Police will contact you, if necessary. Meanwhile just stop leasing to this tenant after such incident has happened.

Enjoy your CNY holiday for now. Thing that is no longer within your control, worry also pointless. No need to ruin the present mood over thing you can longer control. See 1 step, take 1 step for now.

** Usually for illegal activity: -

a) the tenant will be willing to deposit a large amount of security deposit up to 12 ~ 24 months,
b) the rental rate will be a lot higher compared to the norm.

If the above abnormally is not present, just deny that you are aware of such activity. If you accepted such abnormal tenancy agreement conditions, it would be difficult not to be the suspected of being an accomplice.
