Have you gone to YOUR OWN UNIT to do inspect inspection before? Like a monthly or bimonthly thing to do?

Some ppl are actually surprised when I said I do inspections and do repair (either by myself or I bear the cost) without relying on agents.

It's like the entire concept of 'looking out for yourself' is alien to them.
