How to make complaint maxis to MCMC, Maxis give downgrade to my Multi SIM

Just received massage this maxis will upgrade my multisim to 30GB and 300mins free local call on 20 Feb 2025.

I wont be surprised there is a tnc indicate they can change whenever they want… but since no contract can terminate…
