But there are already Condo's with similar orientation and location, from same developer is Aurora & Isola, then you also have Saujana Residency and i believe rental demand is high.Better just go buy second hand Lot 15 if you want a decent apartment at SS16 area or just wait for the next project near the round about. I am now staying at Isola East Tower. I see no problems at all. Thinking of buying the SAMM unit for ownstay for a while then rent out when the family expends. Can anyone let me know if the rental able to cover the installment based on your experiences. And are there any risks to take into consideration? Iām really new to this so appreciate the help. Thanks!

its up to the buyer to perform due diligence I saw an agent saying D'Vine Exsim rental RM1800, lelong RM240k They convinently left out many unit asking below RM1300... only 1 asking RM1800š |
