Just wondering why my UNIFI unable to made normal phone call now? Remember last time it come with free normal telephone call, is this free services still available?

Free phone call package is still included, it is limited to 600 minutes per month nationwide to all operators including mobile phone. But it is not the copper landline, it uses fiber to make phone call. So if there is problem with the fiber or power outage, then cannot use phone.

Also, the free phone call might be limited to higher priced package. I think the lowest price unifi package does not have it.

This is from Unifi FAQ:
"The voice charges will depend on the package offerings. For Unifi customers without any call plan,
calls from Fixed to Fixed line and Fixed to Mobile line will be charged at 20 sen/min (including local
calls).:"

It is difficult to determine which package nowadays have the voice plan bundled.

Adding on to post #2, if you are unable to make calls despite the internet is up, call 100 to have technician check your line. There could be misconfiguration of the VoIP service.
