Yeah, my maxis have been pretty stable for years and yes, I am always on Firewalla. There’s no new hardware introduced.

After some research and poking around Firewalla app,
I saw that Firewalla told me I’m double NAT. And that I should call ISP and get a public IP address.  The article said that if I’m using Firewalla VPN or Site to Site, then I need public IP. I’m not using VPN nor Site to Site though.
Anyway at least this is a big clue for me to talk to maxis tomorrow. Will they easily gives public IP?
