PC also has a drawing pad allow you to use stroke. Click on the settings icon and it should show various styles of input, most of them are online keyboards but one of them is drawing pad.

we malaysians have no choice but to use pinyin
the taiwanese themselves uses another type of keyboard/entry way that i don't even know how it works
i've seen them use before, it is indeed faster if you know how it works

used to learn 倉頡 and 五筆,cannot memorize the code, and didn't bother to familiar with it,
so stick with pinyin till now.
actually pinyin is the most straight forward way, u know already, no need to memorize which is which,
certainly no need to learn from bottom the bo po mo fo which used by taiwan, some old folks
may know this as they learned this instead of pinyin last time.

This is 86 version wubi keyboard layout table, there are other newer version like 98 and new-century with some updates. Technically you just type with the strokes combination to form the word. It will take some time to practice and memorize but you can type a lot faster and lesser error than pinyin once you mastered it.

Pinyin input is easier and faster to learn or adapt for anyone as it rely on pronunciation but type slower and typo.

I think generally those drawing tablet (with/without display) that digital artist usually use (wacom/xp-pen/huion), pair with the handwriting input should work, can use it for digital signature as well.

If you're from the nokia 3310 generasi, you'll see miraculous typist from their ability of using strokes to type a message. Almost 99% accuracy, no need to look at the keypad, and can drive, smoke, text at same time.

Almost the same as us using keypad to type SMS text, but eye looking at teacher in class. literally as simple as typing

333-88-222-55-0-999-66-88

It stands for "FUCK YOU," to the strawberry gens that tatau what it means.
