I had done the physical check and used checklist template online on how to buy a used car. All seems good but only 1 thing. Initially i had smell a humid, wet smell, like not fresh air smell when i go inside the car. I thought maybe this guy want to let go of his car so he didnt use the car so frequent. After story to my uncle, he say high risk the smell come from banjir car.
Getting the SCRUT report done just heighten my suspicion
My both mechanic uncle and used car dealer uncle highly advised me to not buy d, let the 2.5k be ur tuition fee 🥲
I felt hesistant because i didn’t want to trouble my uncles who are also busy with their work d. But now my uncles said to me better call them next time when i want to buy used car again
Lets not talk about "uncles" as we dont know their knowledge, or credentials, experience.
Then before the next payment, go and check the lowest parts of the interior for damness, rust, etc.
Tip: take off the floor mats, remove the plastic sill to allow access to lift up part of the main carpet just a little bit. If the baremetal is clean and devoid of
ANY dust, then you contemplate if the previous owner(s) are so rajin to take out big carpet & perform baremetal cleaning

or its result of alot of water washing it clean.
Thus once again, the question if u ok to burn the 2.5k or commit to any issues the car may have in your future ownership.
