I deposited RM10 to activate my account this morning... after that until now, cannot log in ... called CS, they said some technical issues

I registered on Saturday and until today, not managed to login after account activated. When I enter my IC at login, nothing happens. CS told me to uninstall and reinstall the app and go through the verification. Have been doing verification since Saturday and every time fail.
Today called CS, keep asking me to press 1 to hold. After you press 1, it keep repeating to press 1. So, I give up. Will email CS to terminate account. |
