Today called CS, keep asking me to press 1 to hold. After you press 1, it keep repeating to press 1.
So, I give up. Will email CS to terminate account.
i had the same problem, registered on Friday, until yesterday morning I still cannot use. I uninstall and reinstall again and it detected as new device registration is initiated. Like yours, when I keyed in my UID (IC), no reaction.
After waiting for 12 hours, finally received an email stating my account is ready to use. tried log in, same problem, after keyed in uid, it does not proceed. Gave up, then few minutes later, tried again, somehow it move on and logged me in. Everything was working fine now. Deposited RM2k and got hibah of RM 0.28 this morning
