I deposited RM10 to activate my account this morning... after that until now, cannot log in ... called CS, they said some technical issues

Just curious, does anyone know KAF Digital Bank required a minimum balance in their savings account (eg RM10)? Are we able to empty out the saving account like GX Bank or Boost?

Already 2 days after RM 10 depsoit still cant get my acc activated

just downloaded app, signed up, got activated after transferring initial deposit and parked 2k inside all done within 15mins.

Ok bcoz someone else comment they have no issue, i chat the cs. Quite responsive, looks like i cannot make initial deposit via other digital bank. So i make another deposit from maybank then my acc already active now.

there is no requirement to maintain a minimum balance, you can even have a balance as low as RM0
