Was Wcei Academy a "reported" scam by any authorities in Malaysia back in June 2023?

Even MAS SG, in May 2025, ( 2 years after that Wcei-Guc collaboration reports by Thestar).....only alerted it as "may be or may have been wrongly perceived as being licensed or in any other way authorised or regulated by MAS."
Did not mention it as a scam or are there any reported police report made against WCEI Academy for being a scam?
I could have missed it, could someone direct me to articles linking WCEI Academy had scammed people and police reports had been made and police had taken actions against those criminals?

In Nov 2023, Choo was seen standing among some top financial leaders on stage and even The Malaysian Book of Records also recognised WCEI for remarkable achievements in the fields of financial intelligence and education, under the category “Largest Financial Quotient for Entrepreneurs Convocation.”

They pay 12% for getting people joining the scheme under you. This is classic Ponzi and will collapse over time.
