seems like a finance college, and then there is some sister company call 大优股权, not sure what is the english name, mainly asking ppl to invest money like mlm.

seems like no company ssm, even the college doesn't appear in mqa listing.

seems like not in bnm alert list as well.

Google also doesn't return much results, mostly just their ads and tiktok video.

i am not sure how he can get on stage with warren buffet, and then the GUC affiliate college has only 1 course accredited by mqa ???

i am feeling too skeptical but have no solid evidence to convince the relative if it is not legit, or myself if it is legit...

should be the same since the addresses are mostly the same from the different websites. The investment holding also has office in BVI?? Seychelles? Pardon my ignorance but BVI is mostly related to some money laundering thing right? I guess there are some legit companies investing over there so i could be wrong...

i try to search it seems like all are fairly new established between 2019-2024

is there a way to verify if they are licensed for investment, or deposit collection etc?

Whether it is legit or scam, the thing is ppl really become brainwashed and keep trying to drag others to join, like why would you be damn enthusiastic for helping others earn money, like are you a cult or sell your soul to the founder or something?! Damn it just sour relationship when ppl reject, and some with a softer heart will join because don't wanna make a scene, end up if rugi still sour relationship. My friend is doing this promoting it like crazy in her FB previously and seems to have changed name or another entity under the same one

I saw the members all from WCEI a few familiar faces now in the group WCG, what does it mean? Idk just saw her keep posting gala dinner fancy dinner in Bangkok, Korea etc

Even Bloomberg can’t get to him to do interview but CNBC only Becky Quick can get private access to do the interview

I been to BRK AGM a few times and yet never get to see him close up

Why do Warren Buffett and Barack Obama take photos with Ponzi scheme scammers in Malaysia?

Warren Buffett took photos with Dr Stephen Choo(朱修健），a fake Dr with doctorate from a degree mill (Apollos University which was closed on 31/12/2024). Stephen Choo is a creator of a Ponzi scheme in Malaysia name WCEI investment or Wi Group.

Barack Obama took photos with Stephen Choo's brother Elven Choo (朱四爷）

They use these photos to scam gullible Malaysians to invest in their Ponzi scheme.

The leaders of the Ponzi scheme even went to take photos at Warren Buffett house (outside) and claim close proximity with Warren Buffett.

This Ponzi bypasses Malaysian regulation by using cash for investment and dividend payment instead of going through the bank ( yes they're money laundering).

They tell their investors that going to get listed in NASDAQ in 2029 therefore they no need to comply with Malaysia security commission compliance.

My question is why Warren Buffett and Barack Obama took photos with these scammers?

Shaking hands with Obama needed 6,000 yuan (around 900 US dollars), while taking a photo with him cost almost 250,000 yuan (around 40,000 US dollars).

I don't know if Genovasi University College is associated with https://www.genovasi-scope.edu.my/ but the latter is partnering with WCEI Academy which is a ponzi scheme which scams gullible Malaysian money to invest in their company in Seychelles.

Their website www.wceiacademy.com is no longer accessible.

They tell their "investors" that they no need to comply with Malaysian regulations because they're going to get listed in NASDAQ and not Malaysia. They say their money can be 20x return in 2029 when they get listed in NASDAQ. They don't provide a share certificate and are not in the SSM register of members.

The dividend they pay is in CASH and not via bank (they tell their "investors" that they want to save on bank fees.)

Thestar and some other media also reported that collaboration between WCEI-GUC to introduce professional certification in financial quotient.

Was Wcei Academy a "reported" scam by any authorities in Malaysia back in June 2023?
If it had been a reported scam back in 2023, Would GUC collaborated with WCEI Academy back in June 2023?

Even MAS SG, in May 2025, ( 2 years after that Wcei-Guc collaboration reports by Thestar).....only alerted it as "may be or may have been wrongly perceived as being licensed or in any other way authorised or regulated by MAS."

Did not mention it as a scam or are there any reported police report made against WCEI Academy for being a scam?

I could have missed it, could someone direct me to articles linking WCEI Academy had scammed people and police reports had been made and police had taken actions against those criminals?
