Hi all, i have a backwall for my tv cabinet with a pvc tube hidden behind the wall that goes down to the tv cabinet with an outlet below inside the cabinet. I plan to route 4 hdmi 2.1 cables from the bottom to the top. Searched online and people recommend using inwall hdmi cables rated CL2 for fire safety purpose, but can’t find any in Shopee or at Amazon that ships to Malaysia.

Do anyone has any recommendation with their previous purchase? Or CL2 is not necessary and i can just get any hdmi 2.1 cables.

What s/he said.

Also, if you plan on using a decent soundbar or a receiver, you only need to embed 2 HDMI cables to the wall; one is for spare. Connect them using e/ARC, and you can use the soundbar/receiver to connect the rest of your devices.

Unless of course you're not going to do that. Then put 4.
