 I have tried looking around the web, I got this picture from one google review in the DBKL Towel 1, this comment was posted 5 months ago and seems like this is the latest info for appeal. Came here for Saman rayuan as referred by branch officer. Seems the HQ didn't convey the message clear and understand to all their branches officer. DBKL have actually moved the rayuan process to online, no walk in will be entertained. But this was not communicated clearly to their branches officer, as they only aware about the e-rayuan but they are not aware of removing of walkin / manual process in HQ There are a lot of buttons and wordings when you visit website, I just tried and you should be able to get into the Permohonan Rayuan Kompaun page.
