Hi guys, I am trying to make payment through their portal but I forgot my ID Pengguna. So I clicked Terlupa ID Pengguna and enter my IC number and Phone number, but the system said Akaun Tidak Wujud. Does anyone experience this before?

Yesterday same issue for me as well. Today yet try. I'm using apps by the way.

Sometimes system down, I just let it be for few days. Then retry.

They migrate to a new portal already. Old login cannot use anymore, need to register again.

I think this one or 2 months ptptn website a lot of problems, sometimes say account not exist, sometimes say error and then log u out again, sometimes the loading icon keep spinning

Just now I tried to login using their website portal also cannot, what app do u guys using to pay the loan？

use their myPTPTN apps to pay, i use that to paid mine just now

What is user id on login page？ i tried to click forgot user id and enter ic + phone number to recover but the system said my account doesn't exist

First time user need to register first in their app？or their system has already our record？

u register 1st in their website. then login use app,
