Toto undergoes audits... I believe it's EY that does their auditing. not to say EY is completely faultless or that toto is not smart at cooking their books..

But after so many years of audits, if there was any hanky panky going on, someone would have picked up on it.

On the other hand, the random news put out throughout the year of someone striking due to dreaming up some number or whatever.... those may be fictitious
