Actually i want to see a graph of new births of:

1) No of new births vs races
2) no of new birth vs states
3) No of new births vs states and races
4) No of births vs private/public hospitals
5) No of births vs income level of the family
6) No of births vs existing number of children in the family + race

There is a conspiracy theory that if nons go to public hospital high chance the baby will die.
Also, they say the medicine/vaccine they give in public hospital is making nons to have low fertility rate...
Also, seems like the good medicines are no longer given to nons. Only shit tier medicines are given to nons.

so......

Where got. I saw Malay family mostly 3-4 kids.
*
You only see those who have kids. You didn't see those who stay single.

QUOTE(arif85124 @ Jan 8 2025, 10:33 AM)
those single rarely seen outside, deswai la people say mall see everyone got child what
*
Mall also rarely see children nowadays, especially Chinese areas. Completely different from when I was a kid, children running around everywhere. Now Chinese areas feel like majority old people. Especially those small towns that have been abandoned by younger generations.

Stupid conspiracy theory la

You think its easy to keep such things hidden when there are a lot of nons in the public healthcare system? You think its so easy and cheap for them to maintain a different catalogue and inventory of medicine in public system?

Only dumbf`k people with shallow thinking will think such a thing is possible.

QUOTE(marfccy @ Jan 8 2025, 12:47 PM)
because malaysian type C overthink too much on their kids future planning

things like "if i get >1 kid then i cannot afford better schooling for him/her" or "if i get 2 kids how do i afford to send them both to college/uni" and so on

so many of my friends who became parents die2 insist want to send their kids to international schools despite the cost. whats funny is theyre dissing the kebangsaan school so hard despite them coming from kebangsaan school themselves and turned out alright
*
Kebangsaan school only got a few decent ones, most of them are crap. Even back in my day, my school wasn't great and I turned out ok mostly because I wasn't reliant on school for my education.

Having a kid vs getting a Ducati + BMW m4 combo.

I think the choice is obvious.

Lol, puak yang paling tertindas manage to hijack each thread and somehow make it the majority fault pulak.

No one is holding you back to breed more, just that you guys are too calculative.

Always consider children as a burden, meanwhile earthprince consider it as rezeki.

Go figure.

Inb4 Japan needs to give more tongkat to pregnant lady.

Thanks, I had a good chuckle reading your tinfoil hat theory.

If anything, you should suspect Western for causing the low fertility rate, because it is happening everywhere, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, China, Taiwan.

yeah its good to think/plan ahead, but to the point where everything is set sounds alot like mollycoddling and spoonfeeding the kids

thats not a very good parenting IMO
*
Still, if I have kids I don't want my kids to bear the ptptn loan.
You still have to plan a good runway ahead ensure kids have chance to take off when coming to age.

Many just biak and hope one of it will succeed.

Proper guidance and environment is important. Won't want my kids to end up being mat lajak. Which i know many parents are like that.

Even my pet dog I ensure give it good food, vet check make sure eat well and happy and stay off the traffic. Some parents can just let their kids run wild in the streets, the way they treat their kids is worse than how I treat my pet dog.

yah i came from kebangsaan also and i turned out as normal as anyone can be

nowadays kids cannot be like us in the past, all reliant on schools. they need to utilise the power of the internet more to learn things fast

these dont need expensive international schools to teach even. the main idea for me has always been teaching the people how to fish, not fish for them

yeah its always better to plan ahead to settle kids financial status up until they graduated, then baru can leave them alone to their own devices. its one of the larger things parents can do for kids, thats what im planning for mine.

thats why supervision and teaching is very important during young age, making sure your kid know what is right or not and how to behave.

Just because low birth rate doesn't mean the population size will instantly stop growing. The effects of low birth rate takes decades to feel, when the elderly population start dying off, as in Japan where their yearly deaths are higher than births. That's when the population starts to shrink.

In 2014 North Korea recorded a birth rate of 1.78. They punish doctors who perform abortions and people who sell contraceptives.

2.1 is the replacement rate. If a rate below 2 is sustained for decades, the population will shrink.

North Korea data gathering sucks, the UN just estimates NK's birth rate.

True, but I don't think it'll take THAT long.

Look at Japan's economy. China is starting to feel it too. These are world leading economies.

Now add that to the list of existing issues in Malaysia...

Don't forget Japan's average life expectancy is almost a decade more than Malaysians.
