u do all the coordination yourself?wiring tumbuk dinding also neeed coordinate with painting
carpentry also need extensive coordination with wiring
plumber and wiring and plasterceiling also (if you put pump and heater under roof and above plaster ceiling)
tile and concrete work also
big headache surely.... but if you enjoy it then ok, bcos own house
