I purchased via telco, ordered since 25 Jan.
Until today status still "Processing"

I ordered via umobile too. Zero update until today. I plan to go check at their physical store this coming weekend.

Anyone went checking with umobile shop customer service? Can share with us info you get?

One hour ago I saw my umobile status still showing "Processing" and I missed that there is actually a "tracking number" appeared there.

Without you posting this, I would think there is still no progress from umobile biggrin.gif

Now will start looking for a case. Any thin case (with magnetic) to recommend?

Your information is accurate. I received mine on 14th Feb delivered by Citylink.
I went to Penang Queensbay Mall umobile physical store 1week before that to ask for shipping status, but they offer no new update except to cite what has been stated in our apps i.e. "processing".

Have you received yours?
