me ordered JETBLACK on 6-Feb. today 2.46pm just received this sms due to everyday i also go see the status. always preparing order. and in the chat they mentioned they still preparing last batch order.

Confirm cannot. I tried to do so with my Fold6 also. CS says the points only used for purchasing items.
You can just put the IMEI of the phone and then not do the tradein. They won't clawback the extra RM600 (but will blacklist your phone from future tradein attempt). Some have done this with old phones just sitting around, doesn't matter how old as long as you can access (or remember) the IMEI.

if android to android fastest just backup on your old phone using google drive. Then login to your new phone WhatsApp with the backup google account and restore via google drive.

There some member suggest just copy and base the entire database from files manager

I always do a fresh install then only download from Google drive inside the Whatsapp settings. Other ways besides this way I'm not so sure. Smart switch is abit auta auta sot sot Abit.
