Are you sure its 6%? I order 1st day and the 1st day promo (23-Jan) for Shopback was 5%. After the 1st day, the rebate is set to 3%.

As I know, the 6% is for aircond, TV, fridge, etc.

Go in Shopback, search for Samsung and look at the rebate % base on category.
This is the current rebate at Shopback today. It maybe different on 1st Feb previously.


Edit: Looks like yours is 1.8% as per Mobile phone category. You should have went for Shopback plus, get additional RM30 bucks. 1st month is free, after that is RM4 a month. But you can cancel it after that. You also can get enjoy the perks they offer.

Those of you who are waiting for your jetblack colour might want to rethink whether to switch to other colours. Though the op didn't upload any photos of his/her phone. Just sharing that I finally got around to trading-in my old phone with CompAsia after finally transferring all my stuff into the S25U. I was pleasantly surprised that the whole process was quite simple and smooth. Now just waiting for money to be credited into my account.

The only thing to note was that I lost RM150+ trade-in value because the old phone had some minor scratches on the screen (phone fell face-first once and I didn't use a screen protector at the time). Let this be a lesson to all. On my end, straight away ordered a TG screen protector after I left CompAsia

Don't think it'll affect the trade-in value but I gave them my box and cable. Never touched the box and cable before so just included it with the phone.

The initial price quoted for my old phone was actually comparable to what was being quoted on Carousell so I just went with them for the convenience. The trick is to not give them an excuse to mark down because of major scratches, cracks, etc.

I check currently price is rm3,849 retail price + prepaid RM30 = RM4,569
Offer maxis price RM2,999 + plan 109 x24 +6% tax = 2,772.96. = Phone + plan  = RM5771.96
