My S25 purchased last Saturday from Edustore shows as "out for delivery". Is this real?

How to cancel edu store order?
Mine was rm3,000 for 256GB model only. On Shopee can get RM2,840 and Lazada can get RM2,770. For 512GB model!!! |

I contacted Samsung to cancel my Edu store pre-order. I paid RM3,000 for 256GB S25, but on Shopee and Lazada you can get the 512GB model for around RM2,700 - RM2,900. That's some bloody daylight robbery!
But they say can't cancel, even though this is just a pre-order and the item hasn't been shipped. I am going to: 1. Issue chargeback via credit card 2. Report via KPDN 3. Consider taking them to consumer tribunal |
