Shop voucher that i asking for samsung product using chat, 5% for mobile, other 10%
Above mentioned RM200 and RM150

Hopefully those voucher can be stacked up with EPP

Should be still CompAsia doing it. Never tried at store, only for online purchase, and you'll deal directly with CompAsia.

Correct me if I’m wrong, if you choose the online method to trade in you got to pay full price for the phone first then the trade in money will happen on a later date?

Only thing we talked about pricing is the s25u 512gb they still have stock and its on 1600 discount from rrp if i'm not mistaken. 256gb is out of stock.

Yes, you pay full price. Unless Samsung has an additional promotion which gives a separate discount from the trade-in value of phone.

So for e.g. the phone price 4k, you trading in something which is worth 'up to' 1.2k, you pay 4k up-front. Then you hope for 1.2k from CompAsia.

If they have that additional promo, phone price 4k, promo 600, trade-in 1.2k, you pay 3.4k up-front. After that CompAsia offer you a value, if you don't accept you keep the phone but don't have to refund the 600.

My s23u went kaput earlier then expected which is happened today and was waiting to upgrade to s26u but damn it. 1 mth away and i had to get s25u instead.

I thought later want to trade this s25u for s26u lol

But the salesperson says it would be crazy for me to do that as they will accept the trade in s25u for below 3k lol
