Hi, wta anyone experienced this b4, I just change my SIM card and put it into the usual slot 1 but in SIM manager it says everything is on SIM 3???

Wife's Z Flip4 seems to think that I have too much money and started to have problems lately. Am looking at the S25+ and looking at Shopee, RM3,500 seems to be the going price for the 512GB model.

Wondering if anyone else has seen anything cheaper before I pull the trigger? Thanks.

It is auto-naming by the phone whenever it detects a new SIM card inserted. Happened when I changed network (same number) or put some other SIM cards in.

Mine even matches SIM Slot 1 to IMEI 2 and SIM Slot 2 to IMEI 1.

i was trying to make 5minutes call to relief the region lock cause going to oversea soon and would like to use their sim card.
wanted to make sure both SIM relief, however this auto naming confused me. Although i put my sim to sim2, yet it still show that it is sim1 with sim1 IMEI number.

do i need to make call from both SIM? or only from 1 SIM is sufficient?
anyone has experience?

If in doubt - follow your instincts and run a Malaysian/ SEA-region SIM on each slot of the SIM tray in accordance with the official region-lock removal method.

The auto-renaming is confusing. I tested and keep this in mind: -

- "SIM 1" on the SIM tray is the "priority" physical SIM irrespective of what name appears when you insert a SIM card into it and notwithstanding which IMEI number it is attached to (could be IMEI1 of IMEI2). Currently I renamed it as "Slim Slot 1" to remind myself my main number (Hotlink) is in "SIM 1" on the SIM tray. And the system attaches it to IMEI2.

- "SIM 2" on the SIM tray is like "inferior" physical SIM in the sense that while you can have physical cards in "SIM 1" + "SIM 2" of the tray active at the same time, but once you try to turn on an eSIM, "SIM 2" must be deactivated. Deactivating "SIM 1" will still not allow you to use eSIM with "SIM 2". Like in the scenario above, the system will allocate the IMEI1 and IMEI2 to the active SIM(s) as it likes In my phone now, my main number (Hotlink) is on "SIM 1" of the tray and a spare/ matching/ dormant number (UNI5G) is on eSIM. I can run both at the same time.

- "SIM 1" on SIM tray + eSIM combination works without issue.

- eSIM + eSIM is another feature and needless to say both cards in "SIM 1" and "SIM 2" must be turned off to run eSIM + eSIM.

and yea, although s25 ultra not popular like s23 ultra or s24 ultra, but I had try xiaomi 15 ultra and vivo x200 ultra and I dislike the UI so stick back to Samsung

as for Samsung care+, you can activated during last few days upon you activate your phone, with this your warranty should last for either 1 year 1 month or 2 years 1 month
