I bought Samsung Care+ for my Tab S9+.
Recently the screen was cracked.
I went to the SC, they inspected my tablet. Ask me to call 03-9078 4999. Then they email me a link that I need to fill up. and I need to pay RM219. This is what inside the email.
I. Kindly take note that the excess fee of RM219 is applicable for repair which will be payable by the claimant.
II. If the phone is deemed to be Beyond Economic Repair (BER) after diagnosed by repairer, we will then collect the replacement excess fee of RM429 before replacing the unit.
III. Once we receive the excess fee payment, our team will get in touch with you at the soonest.
So they told me my tablets can be fixed by changing the screen and also casing because they said it was bent. For just RM219.
If the damage is beyond fixing, then they will give a new one with RM429.
After made the payment, they will contact the SC. and they will call to send the tablet to the SC when the spare parts arrived. Took 1 day to fix. They will call again to collect, or can send by Lalamove if requested.
We can claim multiple times as long as within the insurance period.
I will recommend you to buy it because it will save a lot of money if something happens to your phone.
