I contacted Samsung Live Support and its horrible. Its a nightmare. I have been using Samsung for sometime now (since Galaxy 8 series) and have contacted Support many times. They were always helpful and able to help. But after buying S25 Ultra and contacted Support for the first time on S25 Ultra, their service is dead horrible. Basically, I cant backup and transfer secure folder. There option is there but cannot execute it. So I contacted Samsung. They gave me wrong information that there is totally no option to do that. After proving her wrong, she then ask questions that she can easily do it on her demo phone there. But she wont do it, because she claim she is busy chating with others.
What level of service is this.... Damn lazy customer service agent!
