Should have opened it at the shop if you were self-collecting. They'll do 1-to-1 exchange then. Now I doubt they'll layan it and you'll have to go through a bigger hassle.

Once you step outside kenot lah. Deswai need to open it in the shop. Any issues they have to settle.

No hal for me though, I love pink. My S10 was using a pink case anyway so this is even better since I can use a transparent case for it. First thing I did was slap a tempered glass SP on it and a clear magsafe case. Now I'm just having issues getting OTP which is annoying since I have to put my simcard in my old phone to get the codes. Anyone know how to fix that? No OTP at all but SMS/calls work fine. Celcom APN settings is set to celcom3g.

Not sure about warranty info but the Samsung Care+ countdown was already there when I booted it up yesterday.

Normal warranty doesn't show up in the app I think. You need to check the Samsung website. My other Samsung devices don't show a warranty period.

What's funny is that my S25 shows up on there as being the preorder stock from Samsung.com even though I ordered it from MG Actually this makes me wonder if I can enter that exclusive contest

The price difference between from Official Samsung and 3rd parties also means you're paying for the "free" charger and then some. Sucks worse for those who preodered Jetblack and won't be getting it until later in the month since they don't have stock. My new charger is just sitting there gathering dust anyway since I've got perfectly good ones already. inb4 WTS

Strangely enough I got no issues surfing LYN with no ads even on my old S10. But then again I'm using ublock origin on Firefox.

If you want to sell it fast then probably CompAsia. They handle all the trade-ins from Samsung/Apple anyway but they lowball and markup kaw2. I was thinking of getting a 2nd hand phone from them but the S23 128GB was so expensive that I added another 1k and just got an S25 512GB instead. They used to be good value for money since I got my S10 for RM300~ from them two years ago but now they're all about the money. They rarely have any good deals anymore.

Somehow this fixed itself without me doing anything. Went to the Samsung service centre and they had no idea and only recommended doing a full reset. Maybe the S25 was just too new and Celcom didn't add it to its OTP network or something? I went from getting ZERO OTP SMSes from any and every app from banks to wechat and Alipay; and now suddenly no hal this morning. At least now I can finally migrate all my secure apps to the new phone instead of keeping half of them active on the old one so I didn't starve from not being able to transfer/use my money

Buying in store after the pre-order period would have been faster

Fuuuuh just came back from China and this thing tahan af. Only needs to charge once a day and then still has plenty of juice left after taking hundreds of pictures and videos, constantly using apps and GPS. Glad it managed to arrive in time for my trip to Beijing. Got pipul asking to take pics of them with the S25 instead of their iPhone Pro cuz they think it's better.
